5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping to Australia.
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days after dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, international transit, customs procedures, public holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Ridge Reel offers a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible voluntary returns requested within the first 7 calendar days, Ridge Reel will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products returned because of a change of mind must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Approved voluntary-policy refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
