Ridge Reel – Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — shipping rates and any free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their country's customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Lost or Stolen Packages Ridge Reel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
